Terms and Conditions

By using our website and making purchases, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Online Orders

  • When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely and document any damages prior to opening the sealed product packaging.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product*.
    • *Excluding clearance or sale items
    • *Within 15 days of the date of purchase
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund or exchange amount.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping and delivery charge if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.
  • If you wish to return or exchange a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and ensuring the product returns to us undamaged.
  • Bicycles may not be shipped in their original box as we Recycle and Reuse bike boxes.
  • All Orders over $100 will be subject to additional Security checks and may require additional Identity verification before releasing the purchase.


  • All purchases designated for in store pickup , please allow 1 business day for processing.
  • All purchases designated for delivery will be shipped within 2 business day by ground(unless express is chosen) through UPS.
  • All purchases designated for shipping will only be available for shipping to billing address – we do not ship to non Billing Address
  • Please contact us directly if you require faster delivery options, a surcharge may be required.

Shipping Fees/Policies

  • For security reasons and at Revolution Cycle’s discretion some shipments will only be available for pickup at the shipping depot.
  • Shipping fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Intercontinental Canada will receive reduced shipping- Additional charges may be applied if address is “Beyond Destination” as per UPS shipping estimates.
  • Territories will not qualify for advertised qualified flat rate shipping
  • UPS is our default shipping provider for Bikes and large packages. Canada Post will be used for small packages.
  • All shipping prices advertised online only apply to online transactions and do not reflect in store shipping prices.
  • Specialized Canada does not allow us to advertise shipping with their products, please reach out to us for online purchase solutions involving Specialized Branded products.
