Description

The Shimano Deore SL-M4100 shift lever is characterized by its simple and smooth-running operation so that the driver can concentrate solely on the trail ahead. The I-Spec EV construction already familiar from XTR, Deore XT and SLX has also found its way into the Deore components. With this technology the shifting levers can be mounted directly to the brake lever, what makes it possible to dispense with a clamp and to significantly increase the adjustment range. Proven features such as Rapidfire Plus for shifting maximum 3 gears simultaneously and 2-Way-Release have of course been adopted by the right 10-speed shifter.

2-Way-Release

2-Way-Release allows cable release by pressing with the thumb or pulling with the index finger. So you don't have to adapt your riding style to the rear derailleur, but the rear derailleur adapts to your riding style.
