What do I need to bring?
In order to participate in the cycling class, you will need:
- Your bike, in sound mechanical condition. The chain must be well lubricated and the gears must shift smoothly.
- A TACX specific training rear axle, installed.
- A Trainer specific tire, mounted on your rear wheel.
- A yoga or trainer mat.
- Water or electrolyte hydration.
- Nutrition, such as energy gels, energy bars, or even granola bars.
- A towel or facecloth.
- Proper riding wear. Cycling shorts and jersey are preferred but activewear will work as well.
Revolution Cycle is not responsible for ensuring you are set-up and on-time for class. Please ensure you leave enough time to change and set-up your bike before class begins. If you need assistance making sure your bike is trainer ready, visit our Service Department. One of our service writers will make sure you have the correct axle and tire and can have our mechanics install them for you.
How difficult are classes?
The difficulty of our classes are relative to your fitness. A participant who hasn’t rode a bike in years and a participant who races every weekend will both work equally hard. Our instructors are certified to teach all abilities during the same class.

While we do have change rooms available, we do not have showers.
Are lockers available?
Lockers are not available. Please leave all your valuables in your vehicle or at home. Revolution Cycle is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
